These chocolatey delicious bars are super easy to make, and they're incredibly nutritious and protein-packed. Perfect for back to school lunches and snacks.
Prepare a nine-inch square baking pan by lining with parchment paper
Put all ingredients, except for the cranberries, into the food processor, and pulse until combined.
Add cranberries and pulse a couple of times until they are incorporated
Press mixture evenly into prepared pan
Refrigerate uncovered, overnight
Cut into bars

These bars will seem a bit soft at first, but let them sit in the fridge uncovered, overnight. They will firm up nicely.Substitute any nut or seed butter for the almond butter for the same result.
