Ingredients
¼ cup
red onion
thinly sliced

large peaches

cups
grape tomatoes
halved

cup
basil leaves
kosher or sea salt
to taste
freshly ground black pepper

tablespoon
olive oil
extra virgin

white wine vinegar

teaspoon
honey
Instructions
Combine peaches, tomatoes, onion, and basil in a large bowl or arrange on a platter
Sprinkle with salt & pepper
In a small bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar, and honey to make the dressing
drizzle dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
Notes
Make this salad vegan by substituting maple syrup or agave syrup for the honey.
